1. Greek style ”Shakshuka”

Eggs with tomato sauce with peppers, onions, garlic, spices, Naxian cheese ”Graviera” and extra virgin olive oil.

2. ”Dakos” Cretan Salad

Traditional rusk with cherry bio tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, capers, oregano and ext. virgin olive oil

3. Greek ”Gemista”

Summer Vegetables stuffed with rice and fresh herbs served with bio Naxian potatoes baked in oven

4. Greek ”Loukoumades”

Fried bite-sized sweet balls served with honey syrup cinnamon and chopped walnuts


SESSION 2 (Approx. 4 hours)

1. Greek Salad

Salad with tomatoes, cucumber, green peppers, onion, capers, olives, oregano, feta cheese and ext. virgin olive oil.

2. Greek ”Tzatziki”

Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, vinegar, lemon, virgin olive oil served with greek pita bread

3. Greek ”Mousakas”

Traditional dish of Greek Cuisine with baked potatoes and aubergines with beef ragu, bechamel sauce and Naxian cheese ”Graviera”

4. ”Vasilopita”

Greek Traditional cake flavoured with small tears of Chios Mastich and spices. ”Vasilopita” is the New Year Eve sweet.


SESSION 3 (Approx. 4 hours)

1. Greek ”Koulouri”

Bread rings covered with toasted sesame seeds. Known as ”Koulouri” Thessalonikis

2. Greek ”Tiganokouloura”

Fried bread with feta cheese served with honey and sesame.

3. Greek ”Keftedakia” Meat Balls

Fried Greek beef meat balls with herbs served with ”Tzatziki” dip and tomato & cucumber salad.

4. Greek ”Mosaico” sweet

Traditional cake made with biscuits, chocolate and cacao.


SESSION 4 (Approx. 4 hours)

1. Greek Salad

Salad with tomatoes, cucumber, green peppers, onion, capers, olives, oregano, feta cheese and ext. virgin olive oil.

2. Greek ”Fava”

 Santorini ”Fava” served with capers and bread.

3. Greek ”Kritharaki”

Fried Greek beef meat balls with Orzo with seasonal bio vegetables, tomato, wine, herbs and Naxian cheese ”Graviera” herbs served with ”Tzatziki” dip and tomato & cucumber salad.

4. Greek ”Chalva”

Traditional semolina sweet with cinnamon
